He had no trouble setting it up and it seems to do everything expected of it. Sometimes it loses connection to our Wi-Fi but I think that has more to do with our Wi-Fi signal strength. Got it on a pre-Christmas sale so that made it even better. Would recommend this device for those interested in a home voice assistant, especially at the low entry price for this unit.
