Got 2 for gifts, my wife and her father, they love them !

i bought this as a stocking stuffer gift. not sure how well it worked but for the price, i guess it was ok.

Love my Echo Dot just wish the volume was louder. Other than that great device would definitely recommend.

Fun to play with Echo Dot. Love my product for a beginner

The DOT was on sale for $35 a $15 discount. I also bought two Wemo devices to control lights. The DOT works great for these and also allows you to play music. The speaker in the DOT, however, is not the best for music. I eventually bought the Amazon Echo which has a much better sounding speaker allowing me to play radio stations from other parts of the country by way of the many free music apps that are compatible with the device. Overall a great little device with average sound.

This is my second purchase of the echo dot. I am working on home automation and this piece if technology is the center of it all. i have so far connect five devices i can control with my voice. the echo also have a built in Bluetooth speaker, but don't expect any high quality sound from it. setup is so easy and takes no longer than five minutes.

I purchased this item as a gift. My 90+ year old dad uses this to assist him with many tasks around his house i.e. calling family members, setting a timer or alarm clock, and getting weather updates. It allows all of us to have some additional independence and provides a great level of comfort because it is so reliable. Fantastic item.

We have several in the house. Use the smart home, intercom, timer, and reminder features frequently. Also ask it for my schedule and commute every morning. Great to send the grandparents who don't text messages. Love that I can play SiriusXM on it. My only complaint is that Alexa doesn't always hear me, but overall very useful and fun.

Use it to interact by voice with our tv, works great!

I love that it's so affordable that I got one for every room in my house , Control anything I want with my voice My favorite device with Alexa because it can connect to my Bluetooth speakers without wires nice and EZ "Alexa connect to my Speaker" and boom clear loud sound , less money and sounds better than the original once connected to Bluetooth.
