I find my Alexa echo dot to be a nice addition. I have the Google Home Mini and while I like it a bit better I recommend Alexa if you have bluetooth speakers because both the Echo Dot and Google Mini speakers are not good. If you have Amazon Prime then having the Echo is a no brainer and a must. I can ask my Echo to play a song and if its available for free on Prime it does it. The addon "skills" works really well on the Echo dot.

Feature I like the best is calling from mobile device to echo dot and vice versa. I hope this is well integrated with the fire tv product.

I keep my main Echo in the living room, but I wanted to use Alexa upstairs as well. This solved my problem perfectly as I put it in the bedroom and have access to Alexa all over my house now! The speaker is not as great as the regular Echo, but it only needs to fill my bedroom and does the job pretty well!

Bought this as a gift for my sister in law knowing that she was an amazon prime member. She was amazed at all the things she could do with it. Giving that her and her husband are in the process of remodeling their home, they plan on using they energy savings lighting and heating features that Alexa is able to control.

I bought one each for a friend and her daughter/husband. Once they were set up, they both called to say how much fun they were having and what a great gift they were. I was ESPECIALLY glad that you had them in stock, as delivery would have been after Christmas if I'd ordered them from Amazon. Thanks for saving the day.

Love using Alexa to find my favorite song when I'm down and even sing me Christmas songs. Cool product

My wife is really enjoying the Echo dot in her upstairs bedroom. The volume is just right for easy listening while she reads her nightly novels without being overpowering. The wide range of music on Amazon Unlimited Music means never having to listen to the same old, same old. A great addition to my household.

It's very useful to control smart home devices (philips hue, Nest, etc.). Something to keep in mind is that it's not a search engine, it answers what it can but not everything. Luckily amazon updates the Alexa systems often, so maybe it'll improve in that area. Overall it's a neat device with various interesting skills.

I got the echo dot for my kitchen. It's perfect! I use it to control my smart thermostat, set timer, tell me the news and weather while I'm looking or getting a quick breakfast before leaving for work. Love it. Max volume is ok considering the size. It's what you'd imagine it to be for such a small device
