The Amazon Echo Dot has so many uses from turning on lights and electronic devices to playing music and games. It is also like having a meteorologist and talking encyclopedia. You ask it any question and you will get an instant answer. Alexa also has a sense of humor and will keep you laughing with her jokes.

Alexa is pretty awesome. So far I've synched her with my spotify account, activated some of her features such as 'in this day in history', and ordered Starbucks on the go through her. Amazon sends helpful e-mails for new features all the time. If you're trying to make your home 'smarter' - Alexa will fit right in.

We really enjoy it wished it could hear you a little better though works great with the Bluetooth speaker

It works ok, it has some problems when there is to much ambiance sound. But is good for the price

Think the echo dot is great. Easy to use. Easy to set up. Only recommendation is better speakers.

This is a nice alternative to the echo. The speaker isn't as powerful as the larger echo, but it's still good. It can also connect to another bluetooth speaker if you'd like it to be louder. Other than that, it can do pretty much everything else the larger echo can. Makes a good gift for family or friends.

I've kicked around upgrading to smart devices and decided to start with the Echo Dot. I've recently added a Nest thermostat and will be adding smart lights soon. The Echo works well with the Nest. The only thing I'd do different is get the bigger one because the speaker is terrible for anything beyond basic speech.

Fast and easy set up. Works great not much of a difference besides the size compared to full size alexa

This device works well, but doesn’t have a great sound system. Can’t expect Bose quality for $30.

Nice addition to the tap we already have. Use it to read my books to me before I GB of to bed at night.

Great device to compliment Amazon Echo. Keeps you connected the same way in multiple locations. With the new Drop In feature it creates an intercom system for our home. No more yelling for kids to come eat. I just Drop In to their Echo from my phone or my Echo and we get instant two way audio communication.

Still works great! The full size is much more and is a little better. The dot will work out fine though.

Hands free makes it easy to use for lullabies for Baby. Needs to be able to search the internet though.

I use it in my bedroom and it has great sound that travels through entire house. I love my purchase

I got this for a present and they liked it but just wish you didn't have to always leave it plugged in.
