We are often asking Echo questions and we are answered. We like having it around.

Bought a couple of these to use as intercoms in my kids rooms. Works good but doesn't pick up sound or sound as good as the third generation dot I have on my desk. One compatibility problem I had was with Disney Circle. If the echo is assigned to a teen account in Circle then the drop in function is blocked so you will need to assign it to a general household account.

Got it Black Friday for my son. He loves it and wants to eventually upgrade so he can access the light on/off feature.

Bought one to figure it out before giving as a gift. Now we use the Dot everyday.

I love my echo put it in my bedroom, listen to music nightly before sleep.

The Echo Dot is well used by my family. The only downside is my 5 year old loves to ask Alexa to tell him a joke or to play some random song. Other then that Alexa give me a daily news, forecast and sports updates. My oldest uses Alexa to help him when he things my wife and I are wrong.

I bought one for my son's birthday. Then I had to get another one because my other son wanted one. The store clerk told me the music quality was bad and not very loud but I find the opposite to be true. Even my 4 year old likes to ask "Alexa" questions. She knows a lot of facts!

The Amazon Echo Dot is a great device for home automation. It’s easy to setup and use but it was a little confusing at first trying to figure out how to get it to cut off lights and things, but once you figure out how to add skills and train them, everything works fine. Wish the audio were a little better, but I also have the Amazon Echo which does have better sound. Overall great product.

We bought this for our parents to use for simple things like music and just asking Alexa random questions. We mainly got it for them to use as a intercom system. So if one of them needs help they can get a hold of the other one without walking to the other part of the house.

Echo dots are an amazing addition to any smart home. Even without using it to control your home, it's great just for everyday use. While we're watching TV, my dad was curious to know how old Terry Bradshaw was. Just ask alexa and you get the answer in seconds!

I bought the Echo dot for my dad for Christmas and it was a hit. He absolutely loves it.

We enjoy it and still learning all that it's capable. Very affordable for such a device.

This product needs to out due Google on my phone but it can’t as of yet sadly.

Fun to use when you are able to get it working. A little harder to setup than expected.

This actually my 2nd Echo Dot for my house. I just bought a 3rd one today at Home Depot. Now, every room in my house has one. Very nice, you can use this little this to turn on/off light switch, appliances, and control thermostat. Cons: It will slow down your internet connection

This has been a great new addition to our home , we have lots of fun with Alexa .

Overall, I have been looking for a cheaper version of the Echo...this is a great version

It's a cool gadget..but Google does the same thing on my phone. Nonetheless, I love it!
