Amazon Alexa Echo Dot is an informational and fun unit for all ages.Alexa is not up to date on some information but most of it she is.The Echo dot has games that you can play together with your family or even against people from another state.

What is there to say. Amazon probably has the best voice activated system. These are easy to place anywhere in your house and function very well. As long as you’re not looking for a high sound quality with music this is a great option.

I enjoy my echo alot. It keeps me dancing with the great music it plays. My grandson loves when it tells him jokes. I love how it keeps you updated on the weather. I am still learning about all the different stuff it does. But so far I have no complaints.

Not all its hyped up to be, Alexa doesnt have the answer to at least 60% of the things I ask of her. Thinking of getting my mom Google home instead for Christmas, Hate that for every single thing I need to call out to her and the majority of her responses are "sorry I can't find the answer to that".

Fun to use. Doesn't seem to know as much as the commercials show though

This is a great item for your iPad and iPhone and desktop for music

At first I purchased the Echo Dot for my kids for Christmas. Then the wife wanted Echo for the kitchen. This dot is for the living room and we'll be getting the Echo for the bedroom, just checking on the wi-fi and the acoustics....They are just so cool.

My brother bought one of these for black friday and my boyfriend absolutely loved it! it connects to your phone and wifi to connect you to the latest news, music, podcasts and she even tells me stories! Love it! The only thing is she needs wifi to function.

This was a great gift for one of my best friends. Had I known about the echo dot, I probably would have gotten it for myself instead of the larger echo. I've been happy with the one I got, though, and may get a second one since I have a two story house.

I bought it as a gift for my brother and we tested it out thinking ok something is gonna go wrong but no everything worked so good! From her answering questions to playing music to turning our lights on and off. I will definitely be buying one for my self!

Alexa is fun and useful to interact with. The skills can still use some work and so can ecosystem integration with Hue. There are still glitches and bugs that hopefully can be resolved through software, but for now Alexa is still a great assistant to have.

I bought the Echo Dot to place in the master bedroom to supplement my Amazon Echo. It works exactly like the Echo in a smaller package without the Bluetooth speaker. I love the fact I can get the time, daily weather report, and news before I get out of bed.

Great little toy for the kids to use to answer questions and play games

The only issues I have are that I can't use Apple Music as one of my music choices because I'm already subscribed to that and I can't choose DirecTV as my Video choice, Dish only. Other than that, they work perfectly and I'll still give them 5 stars!

If you are a Amazon Prime member just buy it. Yes, it is even better than you have heard your friends saying. Music, radio, ask sillly questions and access to exclusive deals from Amazon. Buy a few Smart plugs and you can control lights and the coffee maker

Love the interaction with Alexa and the music selections

I have the Amazon Echo and a Dot already, but I found a semi-dead spot where I would need to speak louder than I preferred. So I bought another Dot to fix that problem. Now, I'm waiting to see what comes of the rumored Echo replacement with a 7 inch screen.
