Love my echos

Still have several of each kind around the house.

Great Product - Easy to Use and Set-up

They all allow for the ability to have a household intercom system, which makes it nice when we're all in different areas of the house.

A great extender!

Now we have echo dots in the kitchen and living room, and our entire house is Alexa accessible!

Very helpful in-home assistant

It takes some time to "train" it with different commands and it sometimes get the requests wrong, but you're able to correct it through the app so it's more accurate. It has many useful and fun features such as discounted Amazon orders, recipe and shopping list storage, and is also very convenient if paired with the smart lights.

Great Quality, easy, needs updates

My main use for the dot is home automation and it sometimes falls short of alternatives like Siri's HomeKit integration. When I say "turn on the bedroom lights" it doesn't know what I mean. I can only say turn on/off all of the lights. Could be updated on the hue or Alexa app side of things.

We have Dish, and it’s great be able adjust or tune the TV when the remote isn’t handy. We’are now adding pieces to control lights etc. I’lol be programming the lights for vacations.

It can be quite expensive to operate your home using the Echo but if you purchase the extras a little at a time it can wind up being very fun and helpful.

Alexa! does the intended job BUT..
