Love these things. I’m addicted to being able to control as much as possible with my voice. I now have one in five different rooms. Plus two Echos. The Dots aren’t as good for listening to music, but still serve many purposes.

The only thing negative to say is how or why did Amazon take away their market share from Amazon Alexa big dog product. If the dots weren't available, I would have purchased the big one. These things and Alexa is genius to say the least.

This is a great piece of technology for a reasonable cost!

I bought a couple of these for gifts and the salesman was very helpful. The ads I have seen make them seem like a very cool gadget to have in your home. I have otehr automation and intend to get one for myself. Very good price at Best Buy.

As a stand alone device the Echo dot has a lot to be desired. Its audio quality in the speakers is not great. It is better if you pair it with external bluetooth speakers or stereo. Not the most attractive of the Echos. The smartphone app works fine.

Great way to enjoy music and stay connected to news updates.

I have now purchased 6 Echo Dots for my house and use them multiple times a day. They help me do everything from describe the weather outside, to reading me the news, to turning on/off lights, to setting the temperature on my thermostat. Definitely an economical way to start turning your home into a "smart home".

The Echo dot is a fun product in the home so we bought two. We have one in the family room for questions and music in the evening. The sound on the Echo Dot is ok so we added an external speaker for better sound. The bedroom Dot is great for the morning g weather, sports scores and as an alarm clock that the wake up time can be change daily.

Both of the items were gifts. I was told that they are great

Probably works well but seems a duplication of technology. Alexa works with our tablet.

Works with Alexa- easy set up- sync with phone. Works great.

A lot of fun around the house and in the car. Ask it a question and get the answer. We use it with Amazon music unlimited. Request a song, artist or genre and it plays music. My kids like asking it questions. Definitely worth the money.

Bought couple devices for myself and friends. Very good device for busy schedule people! Very helpful & convenience when you need listen a songs, checking the weather or traffic in the morning, remind a schedule, etc. Love it.

I bought this product for my mother since she has been wanting one but never got one because of their internet issues. I got to set it up for her and play with it over Christmas and I love it and she is extremely happy with it!

Bought 1 and loved it. Got 3 for the kids and they love it in their rooms to listen to music....only downside to haveing so many linked to 1 account, will turn off the others when someone else is listening to music on spotify, etc....wish it could allow multiple dots to play different music off 1 account at once
