Great item. Like to play music and set timer for cooking.

Easy to set up and use. This device has multiple uses.

This device is useful if you remember its there. You can ask for time weather, set timer etc. Most items where you picked up your phone and did a search on google can be asked a question to Alexia - that is if you remember she is there. I also use her to play music - connect to my bluetooth device and play pandora. pretty slick.

Google is better but good for the buck. It's a good buy.

They reason I liked this unit is because it had a jack on the back that allowed me to hook it into my Bose system and not worry about the unit’s sound quality. Work like a charm. The Google home does not have such a jack.

Alexa is a great addition to any home. I have Spotify and it's nice to just ask Alexa to play requests. Spotify has a HUGE library, so practically any song you ask Alexa to play on Spotify will be found.

Purchased for parents as Christmas gift. They love it. Setup was painless for them. They didn’t have to call me at all for assistant. We able to start playing their favorite radio station without incident. Very intuitive.

We love our Echo Dot. We have currently made our house a smart home with Phillips Hue lights and Nest thermostat. This is our second Echo Dot and it helps us have all of our features talk to each other. Highly recommend!!

Bought it as a gift for a married couple and they were so happy. It was so fun to play music,etc. Their in-laws were in town for the holidays and they liked it so much and bought 3 as well. Great buy and reasonable price.

Good speaker and clear sound. Works good with andriod

We have Many Echo's. I bout this for my parents to use they are enjoying it. Only think that would be better would be if the dot had a slightly better speaker. Even the gen 3 still has the same speaker. If the gen 3 had some better sound I would have bought that for them. All in all a good smart speaker.

I got this for my grandaughter's 7th birthday, and she and her friends have a lot of fun with it. The rest of her family enjoys it too!

I like this, the Alexa app could be a lot better tho. It is so disjointed and a little confusing to navigate especially when you're trying to set up skills for smart home products. Besides that, Alexa works great. Answers a lot of silly and useful questions, gives updates and interested with almost all of my smart home devices

Had doubts about this bit have found it to be helpful with shopping lists and every day tasks. Connect to amazon account to get a wider range of options. You may have to purchase additional services but i find it helpful.

Works great with no issues would definitely recommend.

My 2nd dot and i have the regular echo, bought this one for the kitchen, very convenient to have her in the kitchen for lists and weather information, they often go on sale if you see them on sale grab one you can't go wrong!
