Alexa is awesome. The echo dot sells for $50 which is a great price. It's amazing in its simplicity. Maneuverable however it has room limitation, so we might need another one. I have mine connected to my Nest and Phillip hue.

Not a bad product. Easy to use once you get it setup.

Way way better then other AI. Works with Fire TV too.

I haven't ventured into smart home technology yet, but I wanted to start with an echo dot as a media player (paired with a speaker). It works great for that, and I'might going to keep building over time with automated lights

It's a Fun little toy. Works great most of the time.

Small compact but not great if using it for a speaker

I bought this for my sister who is in college. I bought the bigger 1 for my mom but since my sister is in a small dorm room she only needed the little 1.She loves it, uses it everyday when she gets home from class.

I bought this to control my Phillips Hue light bulbs with voice command and it works great. I can listen to Spotify on it as well but the sound isn’t that great. There are still many more features I have yet to try.

Once connected to WiFi I can simply move to any room in my home and my Dot will automatically reconnect when plugged in. Voice response is awesome. And she tells good jokes. Much better than being a joke like Siri.

Alexa is not as smart as you would like and I really wish she could carry on a multiple questioned conversation. In terms of the Dot, the speaker quality is good enough for Alexa to answer questions but not worth it for an external speaker. So like it recommends, don’t get this for loud music use.

This is a good supplement to the larger echo unit. The speaker is poor quality.

Love using this echo dot for everything such as recipes, cooking, timers, reminders and like that i get emails for random idea's to ask it as well. Can't wait to hook the family up to use with this.

Amazon's Echo Dot appears to be a good start to Artificial Intelligence. While it can answer most of our questions accurately, there are still times when 'international type' questions appear to confuse Alexa. I feel certain that this will be resolved in future editions. A great buy of the Echo Dot from Best Buy. Thanks!

Does what it says it will do. Would highly recommend.

Easy to set up and even conect with wireless speaker.

I got my Alexa when it was one sale and I love how it can be connected to smart light bulbs and other smart IoT stuff. I was also able to program my own skill which is fun to do if you have some coding experience

I use this device as a home office assistant, and am still learning all that the Echo Dot, and Alexa, is capable of. I've linked it to my OUTLOOK calendar, and before my computer is completely up and running, and before I bring up OUTLOOK, Alexa will tell me what's on my calendar, including birthdays, anniversaries, etc.

He loves it. Took a little longer to setup than my in-laws, maybe because he used the Iphone app. I use the google app with my google home. I think its an excellent product, especially for prime users like my in-law

Extremely happy with everything that my echo can do.
