Bought this as a gift so I can’t really say, but they seem to like it!

I bought this for my dad for Father's Day and he loves it! He talks to "her" every day and I love that you can pretty much get an answer for everything. Our favorite thing to use is the all recipes feature.

This is the 2nd Echo I have bought. You never need an alarm or timer again. As she learns your interests, just ask and you will get any info you are looking for. Waiting to hook to Smart devices and ADT alarm.

Great to have in your office, let's you turn your office into a SMART office. BY adding smart bulbs & smart outlets to turn on lights , fans & T.V. It will answer questions for you too. Like how to spell answer.

I followed this for months but could never really understand all that it did. When it went on sale I had to get it! No regrets! The things this does is unbelievable! They keep adding new things all the time!

Alexa is beautiful! She only talks when I ask her to. She knows all the right things to say. She is always there when I need her. Her voice is smooth as velvet. Yep. she's my new girl in my life. Amen.

The Dot along with Alexa have been great. It’s real nice to have someone turn on the lights when your hands are full or remind you to do a task you would have forgotten. It’s a real Best Buy! Hahahahahaha

This is as good as a full size Echo. The speakers are off course small, so if you want big sound, invest in separate speakers. But as a alarm, bedtime music, news etc on the bed side table, this is perfect.

Used to order stuff from Amazon and get free shipping on “Add-on” items with Prime membership. Used to turn light and fan on or off. This device can read news from NPR and read books from Audible. The negative thing about this device is voice recognition not always recognizing all the words.

No room filling sound like the larger Echo, but for an add-on to a home Echo system, this can't be beat! We have one in each room away from our main Echo and they connect and work together seamlessly.

While there is a lot of promise for the future of the Echo platform, right now, it's just a gadget. I can see it becoming an integral part of everyday life, but it's just not there yet. If you're on the fence, I'd lean towards getting it so you can become familiar with the technology and grow up with it.

The Echo is a good product, but the voice recognition sometimes doesn't quite work. But this is consistent with voice recogniton products. Overall, I'd say techies would like it and saves time since its assists.

alexas is great. and frustrating at the same time. there are times when i ask her something and she answers with an answer not even close to what she should or i ask her something from the email examples and she says she doesn't know that answer. other than that she is alot of company and can be fun

I got this initially to read the Bible on Audible since I have failing eyesight . But it's so much fun , I can walk in the door and tell it to play music , set an alarm and even check my schedules. I love it !

It's astonishing how accurate Alexa is at understanding your commands. It also works well with the Smarthome Insteon products. I'm very pleased with it and may buy another to have in a different part of my home.

My wife a and I have enjoyed learning to use this device very much. I guess we are a bit disappointed it can not control more than one remote speaker at a time.But Amazon said they may change that in the future

Love it! Makes my life easier. Ask Alexa anything and she will get it for you. Ask silly questions and she gives silly answers. Very amusing in that aspect.

Have been contemplating for months on which alexia to purchase. Read lots of reviews. Saw the dot got great reviews. So far I am pleased with my purchase I need to download some apps to work with it.

I have already purchased one for myself and for Christmas ordered 2 more for gifts. I was concerned about the volume of the speaker when i bought my first one but it is plenty powerful to fill a room with sound.

I told her that I didn't want her to get bored and that Alexa would keep her company! She laughed, thought Alexa was stupid, and I was crazy! Guess who's having fun with Alexa? I'm the favorite child now!
