I already have one echo and I bought this for my bedroom that I can manage my lights .. it does the job but sound quality is little weak if I compare w other devices such as portable small speakers.. other than that it works and connects to your devices very well.. don't buy this to listen music ..

Already an Echo fan, so a couple dots around the house is a good investment versus yelling loudly. Product does what it says, but has a very quiet speaker. Buy a wired auxiliary speaker to get the most out of any Dot you plan on using for any audio apps. Not mad at you Dot, just need to hear you better.

I wasn't sure if I'd enjoy the whole "Alexa" deal. Turns out I love it! I plan on getting a few more for the house and office. Who knew that you can even play games with it! This is a must have product!

I bought one in every room in the house. If you have amazon account you sign it into the account and you can listen to music and jokes and I also use it as a intercom to talk to the other rooms

This AI technology is getting better and better. Definately like using Alexa for lists and general information. I've even ordered a pizza! Have fun finding out her games and cool things she can do.

Our family uses Alexa for everything...this kids play games with "her," my wife shops with "her," and I use "her" to control our home automation. Great device...we have several throughout the house.

This is my second for in the house. I love that you can use them as intercom. Perfect for a big home. I keep one on my desk and use it to remind me to do things at certain times. Alexa never forgets

This is my 2nd time purchasing alexa. I had one for my room and this one is for the kitchen. I mainly use it as timer, shopping list assistant and for music. I am happy with ny purchase.

Alexa works good with my smart home turning on TV's too shutting off lights in my house. She even REMOTE STARTS my Hyundai Genesis! sometimes she may be buggy with multiple alexas but she does the job well.

I am going to give them out for Christmas gift so I don’t know yet !

Sorry to Alexa as we returned her as we are going to wait a while before jumping in. We really thought our young grandchildren would like her but after using her for a week decided we needed more reason than that. Easy to set up and worked fine.

The Echo has so many features and it is learning new skills every day. You can ask Alexa to give you the day's news, set a timer, play music in multiple rooms, and even control compatible devices.

Using this with a few other Echo product's. This stuff is just so cool. You can do so much with it. Make grocery lists. Schedule appointments Stream music from your own play lists on Amazon music.

This device is awesome ... I can actually request it to cut on and off any wireless devices in my home from wireless lights to home theaters .. a great item for easy access and conviency .. very nice to own

Alexa has truly helped in the house from telling us the temperature so everyone knows to grab a jacket and helping with the timer so nothings getting burnt in the kitchen. Love Alexa!!

Didn't think i needed this thing....until i bought it. It is great for putting all of my music BUT I also like the games (skills), news, etc. Love it, use it every single day! Buy one, you will love it.

I bought the echo in December for 29 and since then I have used it, I have connected intelligent lights and this has worked like stated I will recommend this echo to anyone I’m very pleased with it.

Make my life easier. I use it every time. Connect with Philips Hue Lights and othe smart home products and you will feel like an astronaut with all this tech!

Comparing this to the google home, it's a lot more responsive (possible because of more microphones). However, there's still a lot of room for improvement because it still doesn't "know" a lot of things. You have to ask things a certain way in order for it to understand what you're asking.
