I was super excusing getting an echo but my experience had not been great. Alexa does not understand me more than half the time which makes the thing pretty useless. I sirens more time saying stop than i do anything else.

Alexa is alot of fun.We enjoy playing song quiz and listening to Alexa tell jokes and rap.She is pretty funny sometime. She isnt completely accurate or updated on some information though

The Dot is very useful, especially those with a Prime membership. The skills are great. I chose Echo Dot over Google Home primarily due to Prime Music integration. For the price it's well worth it.

I purchased this for one purpose, to add voice commands to my home automation system. It does that quite well. But as I have explored the device further. I have added many more skills to it almost daily and the list just keeps on growing. As time goes by it gets more valuable everyday.

Family and friends love it. Even my mother in law who really only speaks Spanish has managed to get her favorite music playing just by asking Alexa for a amazon station for salsa music.

The Dot is an excellent small room/bed side table accessory to your smart home. It is everything you could possibly need and gives you the ability to play Jeopardy before falling asleep.

The Echo is a great product, and Best Buy is always competitive with their prices. Great father’s day gift for my dad. He speaks Spanish, but I am sure that once I get it up and running, he will be yelling at E’lexa telling her to play some Vicente Fernandez in no time!

I have Alexa turn on my entertainment system, the light by my chair when I'm ready to watch TV. I have a Rumba that she controls also. Lots of funny to ask serious and silly questions.

We bought this for my brother as a Christmas gift. He loved it, we are going to buy one for ourselves. The internal speaker is loud and it’s perfect to remind you of your calendar events

I use this everyday. I hooked up a Bluetooth speaker for better audio quality and the music sounds great. I'm still getting familiar with some of the "skills" apps, but there are hundreds of them.

Echo dot has been so convenient that I purchased another one. From being able to get weather to calendar info. It helps with wake up alarms and timers. At this point it's become a necessity.

First foray into the Amazon assistant world. Seems decently useful, but you need to use the app to enable more features ("train Alexa" as they refer to it). Speaker can be adjust to decently loud volume, but certainly not audiophile quality. Alexa generally hears you from across the room.

If you have an Echo, the Echo Dot is a great add-on. This item simply extends the reach of Alexa into multiple rooms. It was worth every penny for the 2 Echo Dots that I added to the house.

Excellent addition to my home automation project. I paired the hub with my Amazon dot and it makes TV applications easy and allows for voice commands for the TV as well as automated lights.

Received Echo as a gift for Christmas. A really amazing device when tied to Amazon prime. Love the music on demand and it answers almost any question in an instant. Best Christmas gift this year.

The Echo dot is perfect. I can take it from room to room. I have skills set up that the whole family can play. It works great as alarm and as a timer. The sound system is good for a small device.

A nifty little device that we use to play Amazon Music, make reminder lists, and check calendar updates - just be sure to turn off the automatic orders otherwise you might get a surprise delivery!

Don't expect the speaker sound of the Echo but works about the same. Use the jack to plug into your favorite receiver or speaker and it is definitely a game changer. Love it. Want 4 more now.

We have the echo and bought dot(s) for all the family, they love them and it also works great as an intercom within the house. Still shuts off when asked who’s it spying for. Lol.

I like my Echo Dot! I have it in the living room and it can hear me from anywhere downstairs. It works exactly as I expect it to and can't wait to continue to use more of it's features.
