The Amazon Echo is my new best friend in the kitchen. Easy to set up and connect to bluetooth speakers for streaming music. Good for setting timers and controlling other household smart devices.

Neat little product. Still prefer the Google Home over this.

Bought it for my sons 10th birthday. He loved it and uses it daily for simple things like setting alarms and listening to music. Can be used for checking spellings or even playing 20 questions.

This is great I have the echo and now I have the dot. One downstairs and one upstairs. It is portable and looking forward to bringing it to my work Christmas party to have music playing. Love it.

I have the echo in the main area of my home. I bought the dot to use in a bedroom. I love it! Certainly doesn’t have the sound of the echo but wouldn’t expect it to at the price point.

For 40-50 dollars, this is a great buy. I have this in my bedroom, and have installed TP link switches/plugs in all my bedroom. All of it is fully automated, and I am enjoying using the Echo dot.

I did not think I was going to like Alexa, but now have three in the house and one in the garage. I listen to Amazon Prime Music, ask her the weather and information while working on projects.

its a nifty little deal and cool to have around the home. i bought them as gifts and my friends and family like them. the speaker isnt the greatest for music but a bluetooth speaker can fix that

Bought this for my husband for Christmas. It is used everyday. We love being able to stream (most) of our music thru the echo dot. Kids love asking Alexa questions and having her answer them.

Was not a fan of this item. If you are a frequent amazon shopper then this is a great item for you. If not I would reccomend the google home. The google home worked much better and was way easier to setup then the dot.

My echo dot is always with me. It’s convenient to take along in all adventures bcoz of its size and durability. I talk with it as I will talk to a friend. Super nice item!

I mainly use this device to communicate to the rooms in my house with the Drop In feature comes in handy when you have four floors Bravo from an old man with older knees

I gave this to my husband as a birthday present after he talked so much about wishing he had one and loved playing with the one his boss has in his office. I still see no point in it, lol.

I primarily use for timer, news and listening to radio but it has a lot of options too.. Alexa is getting lot improvements on every update. Never let you down. Can be connected to Philips hue.

The Amazon Echo Dot works great. The speaker is plenty loud. I've used it with my Harmony smart remote hub to turn on the TV and play music. It's great for looking something up in a hurry.

I purchased the echo dot for my grand daughter and she loves it. No my daughter and son in law want one! I have to wait and hope it goes on sale then I’ll purchase two more of them

Not enough sound to supply entire space that I need it to.

I was unsure if I would like the system, but my daughter got one and I loved all the things it did, so I was sold. I had to rename my as echo so our commands were not being confused.

I bought this to listen to music but it does so much more. You can ask it anything and if you pay the 3.99 a month for amazon music you just ask Alexa to play a song and she plays it.

If you already have seen Amazon's Echo Dot in action, you won't find any surprises here. (If you haven't, where have you been?) What you will find is a new color that might fit into your decor a little bit better, allowing Amazon to take over yet another room in your home.
