we have a puppy that likes to hear our voice throughout the day we use the check in feature to help calm him when we are away for long periods of time

The echo dot is okay. I was honestly expecting it to be a better quality product.. when listening to music it has a very static sound to it. It’s cool because you can just talk to it and it does what you want.. but I don’t think it’s worth the money.

Purchased this at half price during a promotion. Love that it integrates my Firestick, Phone and Bluetooth seamlessly. I will definitely be purchashing more for other rooms in my home. My one “complaint” is that it needs to be plugged to use.

is a great little puck it sound is good for a small room but you can wirelessly connect it to bigger speakers that makes the sound intense . nice product fully recommended

We paired the Echo Dot with a home system and love that we can control lights and electronics using the Dot. We also paired it with a Bluetooth speaker for entertainment fun!

LOVE OUR NEW ECHO DOT! I have been watching the reviews online and checking with friends that have purchased the Echo to see how much they liked or disliked its features.

This is my 3rd alexa and they're fun devices to have if you're plugged in to the amazon ecosystem and your other home automation devices have alexa or IFTTT integration.

We bought this for our kids room and he uses it to listen to music at night or an alarm clock in the morning. It doesn't have the same sound quality that the bigger echo does, but it at least serves the purpose of not streaming music from his phone all night.

This product is great. I interfaced it with the new smart tv and added Wi-Fi switches to control lights. A 21st century product every home should have at least one.

What can I say... Alexa set my alarm... Alexa Mack it cooler in the house... Alexa play some classic rock.... she never argues, always does what she is told! That a girl...

It was great but unfortunately it just wasn't for me. I returned it because I didn't have enough uses for it yet. Maybe when I have my own house and more uses to control it.

The Echo Dot works exactly like the Echo and it's size makes it very portable. Not the same quality speakers as the original Echo but just the same works very well.

Very fun and useful. I always use it for reminders and daily things. There are so many useful skills for it, as well as a lot of fun single player and group games!!

I was really impressed with first one that I now have one in all bedrooms and family room downstairs. Seems to be unlimited in answering requests. Great!

If you're deciding between a google home and an Alexa, get the Alexa. Google is not near as advanced. Alexa is able to do more and learns a lot quicker.

I absolutely love my Amazon Echo! I love being able to set alarms, check the weather at home along with different locations for traveling and of course shopping!!

I have a few different echos around the house but this one is in the kitchen. Everyone in my household interacts with Alexa!

This is the perfect device or my house, I have the first generation one, and I decided to get another one for my bedroom. Amazon echo keeps learning and growing everyday.

It's a good product! But I'm not sure of the use. Without home automation systems & others, it is a bit limited. And I'm sure I'm not using it's entire capability but I don't see a huge necessity for it. It's a fun tech gadget but not needed and useful for all.

Alexa is a great device to drop in to your teens room to wake them up on a school morning. Reminders are a nice touch as well. Inexpensive but priceless
