Alexa is a great side kick, you can set it up to do as much or as little as you want. Wether it’s turning on lights or playing a song she’s got you.

How did this device to add to my smart homeI purchased this device for another room of my house so that all of my rooms have connected smart devices

Perfect addition to our Alexa Family. We have an Echo and two Dots so far. In a small house, so can't imagine we will need more than one more device, but we'll see!

I picked up the echo dot for my daughter and she loves it. I knew it played music from prime music but was surprised with the number of songs available. Good value.

Great little speaker if being used in a small setting/room. In a large room its difficult to hear, but what do you expect from such a small speaker!

I use alexa regularly and it's great to walk in and ask alexa to play my music or ask about the weather. I'm still getting used to it but for now it's A+

I have multiple echos and think it’s important that I share this product with others. Definitely a life changer and makes your life a little easier.

Overall function is great however have to repeat instructions due to mic not picking up. Also the speakers playing music is not that great. Guess I was expecting more but it is a small set up so sound quality isn’t the greatest.

We have two echos and purchased the dot for each of our smaller rooms. You don’t realize how convenient and awesome it is to have in every room, until you do!

Echo Dot is just purely awesome. I have enjoyed buying this device. My only issue is that I have to clearly annonciate my words and I cannot yell from across the room.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for myself since I've been wanting one for a while. It's a neat product. I like it since it's supports Tunein Radio. I also use it as my alarm clock. I just hope Amazon adds a bit more features. However I'm very satisfied.

Works better than Siri. I put a couple of them in my house and I don't have to yell across the house to give a command. It works very well with other smart home devices.

Use the echo dot daily, love the freedom I have to use custom development and Amazon web services to perform additional functionality not inherently built in.

Great for hands free music in the kitchen when you can't tap buttons. Love the timer feature. My kids use it for homework help and general questions. Highly recommended!

I bought this specifically to control my smart home. For that it's great. As I dug around to see what else it could do I discovered a lot of other mini apps within echo.i played with a few but found them pretty useless and alot of them quite redundant.

I have friends that have the regular echo, but the echo dot fit my budget better, and works great for up to date weather, alarm clock, music, other questions, jokes, etc. I have told others about it and they either bought some or are going to purchase.

The Amazon Echo Dot is a great way to make your home smarter at a very low cost. It's incredible that these features are available at such a low cost.
