Works surprising better then i thought. Can make sense of your voice when in a different room

love the dot it does everything the bigger echo does but has a smaller speaker if you need more sound just link it to a bluetooth speaker, this is a great value and does so much, however only negative is it often times wakes up to words other then the wake word

I am purchasing these for my entire family.. Mine is tied into pretty much everything in my house, and now I will be able to chat with my family whenever I want

She has ask's it all kinds of questions and uses it nightly to play her music over pandora!!!

We have Echo Dots in kitchen, living room, two bathrooms, two bedrooms. They are soooo handy.

Its rare I find myself doing reviews. Between the free points and how much I love this thing I had to. I omly bacame interested in this because of its ability tonwork with the harmony remote. That feature is nice but still needs some work around functionality. It does however turn my tv on and off and change to a few pre programmed channels which Inlove. It will be 100% for me once it controls the volume. That being said ive now fiubd ny self streaming audio to my buetooth compatible receiver and thus to my stereo system. This is not something I saw myself doing as I love my itunes library but I find it so convenient that I sigbed up for the 3.99 streaming package. I can play any song ever which is kinda cool. Alexa also has news and traffic info, heck it even tunes into mg local radio station. I see this thing just getting better. It is truly an item you can buy not knowing what it will do gor you bit will be able to find out once you get it. It evens calls i uber and orders dominos for me.

we have had the Echo Dot at home for about 3 weeks, it is a very fun item and works excellent

Echo dots are great to take around the house in small rooms. I love that I can listen to any music or radio station anywhere when I'm going to sleep. I tell Alexa when to turn off so the programing I'm listening to doesn't stay on all night. "Alexa turn off in 20 minutes."

Didn't know if we would like Alexa but after finding out what you can do with it, We like it!

I bought the Echo Dot to go in my bedroom after I found Out how much I relied on the Echo have in my kitchen. It operates the same without as big of a speaker but the sound is great for such a small unit. I use it for my morning alarm along with listening to iHeart radio in the morning.

After listening my kids and friends raving about it, I finally decided to get one. Best decision ever! Can set up and stop an alarm just asking Alexa, as well as asking for the weather and enjoy music while getting ready to work. Can’t imagine being without it now!

We have the Amazon Echo. That works great for us because we often use it to listen to music. We bough several of the dots for family members because they are small, a great way to create lists and set timers/reminders, Alexa is also there to answer many of your questions. Highly recommend!

Let's say it out loud: those little voice controlled devices are pretty amazing. At least, something that makes me feel we somehow entered the 21st century. Now, I can control a few lights at home, the kids enjoy interacting with the thing asking questions and all. But I can't stop feeling that there should be more to it. What, I'm not sure yet. But if I'll figure out, I'll let you know...

Bought a bunch of these on sale as gifts for my employees. They reported that they loved them. I also own the regular Alexa Echo...very happy with it. All of the units are easy to use, good sound and effortless connection.

This Dot is as good as the others and if you pair it with a speaker you can get great sound.

We have an echo dot, and bought one more spot for agiftandtwo next sizeforgifts. Good sound!
