I really love the Echo Dot - however she does seem to like my husbands voice over mine - not sure if it's a male (deeper) vs. female (higher) voice or something that makes the difference, but I do have to repeat my request sometimes. Most of the time it works flawlessly. I keep mine in the kitchen hooked to a Bose Mini II speaker to listen to music, but my most favorite feature (especially over Christmas) was setting a timer. As I was cooking many dishes over the holiday break, i didn't have to wash my hands to manually set a timer - i just told Alexa to set one for me. Best thing ever and so handy. I love listening to my Amazon Prime playlists and various stations Amazon already has set up. It's also convenient to ask what the weather will be like. So far so good, i'm really enjoying having my Dot!

Love love love my echo. Helps make my work week smooth. Plays my music tells me the weather and links with all my smart home gadgets.

Unsure of Alexa echo so I got the dot. Easy to set up. speaker ok but hocked it up to Bluetooth speaker and it works great Great value

My daughter bought this a year ago and has enjoyed asking it questions and playing games with it. Fun product for not a lot of money

Works as well as its big sister, Alexa. Doesn't take up a lot of space on the desk. Sound quality is good, if not needing it to play music.

I have enjoyed this product. It has opened up a big can of convenience for playing my Amazon music, as well as quick answers to questions and ordering through Amazon that allows me to keep moving and not stop and sit down at a screen.

This is a great little tool and it certainly does a lot of cool things once you get use to it. But it isn't a great little speaker at all. It still has its flaws connecting to other devices and has to be rebooted occasionally. Also Alexa needs a better personality like Siri has. Neither of these are perfect but they are in the right direction.

The Echo Dot may be little in size, but not in power and ease of use. Easy set up and use. Will be getting another to have in our sewing room.

Just plug it in, ask your question and information is readily available. One of the best investments for a decent price. Highly recommend this product.

This is my second Echo Dot. I have one in my bedroom and one in my living room. This product has made my life so much easier. I can tell Alexia to do so many things and she follows through. It is like have I have an personal assistant or encyclopedia on my dresser table. The device is programmed around your unique needs and Amazon is constantly improving this product capabilities. All you have to do is set your profile according to your favorite music app, news app and etc. Also is you want to make your home a smart home just purchase the accessories.

This is a great product that seems to be learning as it goes but the fine by me he's to do list it pulls up music this with the word I can listen to anything I say brings up everything I've asked it it's learning as I go and so it's really helping me if I can if I add on stuff to it I think you and stuff like that that'll be even better I think and eventually if I if I had a couple of stuff things on to the house I can control different things in the environment that lighting the fans stuff like that controls and stuff so I think that would be great

The tech is still young but this is quite convenient to use.

I cannot believe I have been without this my whole life. Music streamed wireless whenever I want, I turn off/on my lights from a room away. She is full of so much knowledge at the speak of my voice. Definitely the best assistant I've had.
