It is easy to install and fun to use. Wakes me up in the morning and turn it off by voice command. Plays my play list.

Nice voice controlled device to stream your content on to your speakers. Also controls your fans,switches and other houshold stuff. I bought this along with a WiFi switch and both work great in conjunction.

It does what it says it will do and I have no complaints so far. It is compact and worth the price. I actually own 3 of these little gadgets. Get on and see if you like it .

Echo dot is a really great product and it even pairs with all the Bluetooth speakers at home so I have great sound all around.

Okay, so it won't tell you where your spouse is, but it plays music according to your Amazon Music, Pandora or Spotify accounts which I enjoy. Sometimes you have to be more specific on your commands, but once you know what she needs to hear to do the appropriate task, she works very well. Didn't think we needed it but it was on sale, so hubby convinced me to give it a try. I never know what to wear with our crazy weather so now I just ask Alexa what the weather is for the day and dress accordingly :)

Echo dot is a great product. Love the ability to use voice commands to play my music and be able to check the news and weather.

This is great little version of the Echo. Has Bluetooth so you can connect it to better speakers. Very small and easy to hide.

Works well with my wink hub. I now have voice control of all my lights and door lock. I connected the dot to a set of 2.1 Klipsch speakers as a wired connection it has a very nice room filling sound.

Use it in connection with wireless plugs and listening to music. It works every time.

This is the second set I have bought for our home. Always reliable, fun and now we are connected for our lights. Gave one to my daughter to try and love the app connection on my phone-great product Amazon!

Seamless integration with my Echo. Am able to set alarms,turn off lights,etc without getting out of bed.Definitely recommend.

I got this on a whim... wasn't sure how much I'd use it. Turns out I've used it everyday since I hooked it up, and haven't touched my stereo since. I use it for internet radio, and pandora (spotify needs the paid version to work), news updates, weather reports, and commute time to work, and find it's uses growing every day. Voice recognition is usually spot on. Built in speaker isn't great (you may want to plug in a better speaker, or send it to a bluetooth one), but it's more than serviceable.

I purchased two of these Amazon dots and they were on sale. I have one in the kitchen and one up stairs in my daughter's room. They are great to have for playing music finding out information and work great as intercom systems from room to room. I read all the reviews stating that the speakers weren't that loud but they filled the room and sound pretty good to me. We obviously don't want to have the music pouring out of the house but it filled the room perfectly.

Echo is more than music. All the skills are fun and I just started to add smart home devices. Which makes it even better

Great addition to your smart home. Takes up very little space. Pretty good sound playing amazon music.

Overall I'm impressed with the dot, with Alexa. Especially for music, paired with Amazon Music Unlimited, it's outstanding. my only negative is the speaker quality, you either need to get the mid-sized echo, or purchase a Bluetooth stereo that is compatible with Alexa in order to get full room sound.

The Alexa Dot is perfect for any room as a source of information, utility for Smart Homes, as well as an intercom throughout your home. Sound quality is weaker, but its not intended to be a jukebox either.

Bought this for my wife as a gift (she had been wanting one). She really enjoys it, asking general questions, weather, etc. She is still learning what she can do with it (linking with music as an example).
