The echo dot is amazing. I can’t wait for my fiancé to open his Xmas present

These Dots are so cool. I bought them so they can remind the kids to take their medicines, take the dogs out, eat their lunches, and to wake them up in the mornings. It works and make life easier. Saves me from yelling and screaming "Take the dogs out!"

The Echo Dot does everything the Amazon Echo does but without the bigger speaker and a lot less cost. Highly recommend. It functions as a mini computer, alarm clock, weather reporter, among many other skills that are continually being added and updated.

Purchased this gift for my teenager. Excited about the intercom function. :D

Excellent product for any age!I love my Alexa! Easy to use and a lot of fun. I use it every morning to find out about whether, news, Jokes, question of the day and a lot more. Wonderful product I would recommend it to anyone. Price was right also!

I was surprised when I first setup the Amazon Echo Dot. The second generation responds to your commands as you expect, but it also does play music. It doesn't have the same sound quality as the Echo, for obvious reasons, but it was a nice feature to still have.

This product is a must have for smart home, great beginning device to start.

The fact that you can now have them sync music throughout the house is gteat

I like the echo dot. It's fun and easy to use. No issues setting it up. An inexpensive indulgence to get info quickly while doing other things (like turn on music while cooking or washing dishes or get the weather or traffic in the morning)... very convenient.

It only keeps getting better can't wait to see what the next 5 years become.

Love it. So many skills. My suggestion is after you but it spend some time looking up all the cool things alexa does. Also this one isn't super loud so great for bedrooms and offices. The echo, not the dot, is amazing for family rooms and kitchens

It's great to have almost any information available just by speaking. Alexa is always ready to respond to my questions. I'm going to get one for my elderly mother who lives alone; it will be like having someone else in the house for her to talk with.

Got both teens one and some others on the Christmas list these for gifts this year and they all love it! But I feel as if there is someone else living in the house at times lol. I hear the girls talking when no ones hear and forget they are talking to the dot.

Control lights and entertainment via harmony hub. Gets smarter all the time.
