Got this product to be an alarm clock and it does that well plus much more!

In the picture, the item appears to be white with a gray top. However, the top is very black. This would have made a difference for me with purchasing. I would have just preferred an all-black device. It will stick out like a sore thumb in the room where it will be kept. I haven’t had a chance to try it out yet, but it is small which I like very much!

I never thought I would enjoy having this little thing. It helps out so much. Awesome little Piet of hardware and the fact that you can use it to control other smart appliances around the house makes it that much better of a purchase.

I have the echo 3 and recently acquired this version 2 with a tv purchase and it works well with my other Bluetooth devices. I enjoy using my dot and being able to have a hands free experience on my tv using it and other devices.

Bought this for my wife. Works great! Nice to able to tell Alexa what you want to listen to and it plays. You can create shopping lists as well as hear the news and weather. I was a skeptic at first but now wouldn't want to know what it was like without it.

I've never had anything like this Echo before, What a great idea ! It is capable of doing so much I'm still on a learning curve. Best Buy offered this item free with the purchase of the Ring Security Camera - cordless version.

I bought this for my dad bc he has a Prime account. It's been easy for him to use and he loves it. Even the smaller built-in speakers are adequate. They're obviously not as good speakers as the tower version but they're still good enough for a small space.

My grand children love to use their Alexa. I have not had the time!

Great addition to my other Echos. Now if can control anything from anywhere.

I purchased this ECHO DOT as a Christmas gift for my youngest son, who is a major TECHIE! He has absolutely hooked up this DOT to every available avenue in his home--it was just amazing....I am so glad I chose this ECHO product. He is thrilled.

This is our second Echo Dot in our home. We have one in the kitchen and one in the back living room We use it to listen to music, make grocery lists, check weather and ask it many questions. We absolutely love having it.

I have an Echo in the living room and wanted a second one in the bedroom. The Dot is every bit as good as the Echo, but doesn't have the same speaker or the rotary ring on top for volume. I was surprised that when listening to music it's not all that bad.

Was bought as a gift and he likes it. Hopefully it will be used regularly.

These are nice cool devices. I think I will buy one more to put in the basement to be able to communicate with anyone that may be there.

I am amazed how well the voice recognition software works well on the device! I use this device to control my Nest Thermostate, play music from Amazon Prime account and control my lighting in my home. It is very worth the money I have paid for this gadget.

I gave this as a gift, so I don't have first hand knowledge of it, but the recipient was extremely pleased and is really enjoying all the features. The Echo Dot puts the power of Alexa at your fingertips, and does it with a very small footprint (and price).
