I am very pleased with how easy it was to setup the Echo Dot working with Alexa. I also setup smart lighting using the Echo Dot and Alexa.......super easy and works great!! Works so good I bought one for my parents as well!!

It's perfect for a small apartment and as a starter item for building a 'smart home'.

We are really happy with the alexa dot. I just wish it had battery so we could take from room to room. Purchased for my daughters and they set their alarms in the morning - pick music, hear the weather for the day - it's pretty neat.

I bought a couple of these for my mom for Christmas. It was super easy to set up and get started! The only issue that we had was that the echo dot two rooms away would sometimes respond to our commands instead of the one closest to us.

As a family we really enjoy this in our living room. We plan on growing our internet savvy household with more equipment.

This is a great 2nd generation gadget. We have full size Alexas and Dots throughout our home. Use the small guys in your car too with UPS and car speaker. Add a password for Amazon Prime purchases if you have kids (or a parrot) though!

Just like an Echo when you connect it to a speaker. I got the Dot for this reason cause the Google Home Mini can’t connect to aux out. I have this connected to my Apple HiFi speakers and now I get Alexa with better sound.

I struggle to find the right way to voice certain commands, but it's a neat toy that I have found more and more uses for.

I got this as a bundle with Bose speaker. Good deal during thanks giving Yet to use this still playing with google mini

This is really a neat little gadget! The kids have fun with it too. And it works great with our other smart home gadgets!

Nice - if you want quick info, but for sound use the audio out or get the bigger echos. I use to control the Sonos system

Using this Amazon device makes me feel like I am Captain Picard on the bridge of the Enterprise. Ask Alexa and you will receive information, weather, smart home control and tons of music through Amazon's music service. WOW!

Bought this as a gift for a friend. He loved it and raves about the ease of use right out of the box. It’s one of those things most people want but won’t buy for themselves, therefore making an excellent gift.
