The Amazon Echo Dot has really helped me as a disabled person! 2nd Generation is small enough to not even be noticed in any room. Understands me perfectly and if I say grocery list she knows it's the shopping list. I love it :)

You can give this as a gift to anyone from ages 5 to 95. It’s the perfect gift that anyone can use from asking Alexa silly questions to using it as a timer or alarm clock. Price is super affordable also.

Was interested in getting an Echo, but saw that the dot was smaller, and thought it would fit into placed better. So far it has been a hit, and I am even using it for things that I did not think of . All in all, a good purchase.

I bought this for my parents and didn't think it would get much use. It's been a month and my parents use it often. If my dad can use it then anyone can use it. If anyone is looking to purchase this for someone older, go for it.

Great to have this product. So excited. Loving it already.

Love it! I love how I can verbally ask for a song or genre of music to be played. Or how I can ask what the weather will be while getting ready for work in the morning with out having to stop and search for it on the internet.

During Christmas these units were on sale for $30. Bought one for most rooms in my house. Makes a great intercom system. You can also pair these with a bigger bluetooth speakers to listen to music with more fidelity.

I use it in my kitchen for Music, Setting Timers, Adding Items to My Shopping List, Getting weather reports and traffic reports. She hears me from the next room too. I have Alexa on my FireStick but don't always have the TV on.

I have one that I use everyday, this is a gift for family.

For someone who spends a good amount of time in different areas of a home where having the Echo in one constant place doesn't help in a distant room, the Dot lets you have a lot of the same features in multiple rooms if you wish.
