Got one of these as a gift for my Dad at Christmas. He's notoriously hard to buy for, we usually get gift certificates. Went with an Echo Dot this year to be different. 3 weeks later he already has added a full size Echo. He's having a great time with them.

I absolutely love this product!! It was so easy to set up and I can ask Alexa for anything. My favorite part of it is playing the music just say a name you want to hear and it plays.

We are southern and the teaching is still going on, but over all my mother likes it.

Nice integration with pandora music. Sleep sounds is the best feature I like. Voice recognition is really good. Has an aux out, so cant be connected to big speakers as well.

Bought a smart plug also for my xmas lights and now i just say alexa turn on the christmas lights! Bought online and picked up in the store in and out no problems.

We like the ability to change music without getting up. Wish the speaker was bigger.

As advertised. Has trouble in a noisy environment but manages pretty well otherwise.

I have really enjoyed the Alexa for music and weather but don’t use it for much else.

I use my Echo Dot to control my smarthome switches (Insteon). It works great for this purpose. I also use it to control some of my A/V equipment using the Logitech Harmony Hub. That works well too although that is less reliable due to limitations of the Harmony Alexa skill.

I wanted to try the smaller echo dot. It works as well as the larger version except it does not have as good a speaker. But I do understand that an external speaker can be added. The sound quality of the dot is fine for my needs which is mostly voice or background music

Purchased for my son for his room. This is very addicting and helpful. He is able to get web info/requests instantaneously ... He loves it! He actually uses it to help him on homework!

My echo dot is the best addition to my room. I use it as an alarm, to play music when I'm hetting dressed for school and so many other things! Absolutely love it!

i brought one for me then i brought one for my best friend and then for my mom and man i love these they work so good with my music and other things i need to have it remind me.

I think everyone should have an amazon echo or echo dot! Makes a great gift and is much less expensive then the echo. I love that it blends into my room and doesn't take up much space.

We bought the Amazon Echo DOT, and love all it can do...it is amazing, and actually very helpful also ! It plays great music and answers all my questions...even tells joke. !

We already had an echo plus and purchased two dots to add Alexa to more rooms in our home. The dots do not have as great of sound quality as the Plus, but it meets our needs.

Yes, everyone is concern w who is listening. If you have nothing to hide. This is a great starter. I attached to my Bose and works great to play my favorite music .

Love the Echo Dot. This last one we got was for our sons room and he loves it. Constantly asking questions or listening to music. I highly recommend this product.

It's an Echo product from Amazon...so it's good. One of the two best voice-activated products out there. The other one is a full-size Echo.

This was the perfect gift for my significant other. I did not realize how interactive the device was. Though it sits on his side of the room, I use it often. Ask it all kinds of questions and set alarms. The one thing I did not know was that it records the questions asked.
