Pretty cool little toy, still learning all that it does

It was really simple to setup right out of the box, and it's made my life that much easier by doing some of my daily tedious tasks for me.

It's very easy to set up and very convenient and helpful. It can do so many things for you. We absolutely love this device.

I love my echo dot, it's awesome very useful, I've had it for 3 weeks so far and I love it, you can ask most questions or things to do!

everyone needs this very easy to set up and use this can to multiple things, just ask questions and get answers to date, time, weather, etc

For the price I would recommend this over the Echo since you can always add a speaker to it later if you want. Have bought a few as gifts.

Learning how to use Alexa is half the fun ! I love that I can get reminders for many tasks and I am eager to learn more !

I have an Echo in the kitchen, the room most often used. The Dot is in the living room. Works almost as well as the Echo.

I listen to music while I cook and ask Alexa to tell me jokes. Great way to find out an answer to a question quickly. Just ask Alexa!

I like use it for turn on/off light, meditation, sleep with raining sound, read story. It now always work but good enough for me.

I bought my Echo Dot thinking the things it could do would be limited - I was pleasantly surprised and am very happy with my purchase.

No other voice recognition can come even close. You got to have Amazon Prime to get the full potential of Echo...works great everytime...luv it.

This works great for my daughter that has troubles falling asleep. She can pick the sounds that make her fall asleep fast.

It is great fun for my kids, some questions you might get unexpected answers but all in all, everyone loves it. Good alarm clock also.

Pretty good voice recognition, we use it to setup a quick timer, check weather, events, appointments, shopping list, play music, tell jokes. Wish it was conpatible with more devices like alarm system and garage door opener

The Echo was easy to set up (but you do need a smart phone or tablet to do it). There are lots of things this can do, and I'm still learning....
