Love my echo dot to control my smart home devices, easy set up and also nice to ask it some questions u might need the answer to quickly

For the money this is the best device. If you keep it by your desk the speak is loud enough for casual listening and Alexa is Alexa

I love this. If i'm in bed and too lazy to look at the clock I ask Alexa what time is it? I do the same for weather, alarms, tv, I love it

I bought to use with control4 system and I'm pleased with Alexa's ability to integrate simply. The dot also works well as a music player.

For an "entry level" personal assistant, the Echo Dot is great! I keep mine bedside, where it is perfect for news, weather, sports, etc.

Bought this to make my life easier and it has lived up to my expectations. I would recommend this to anyone that is constantly on the go

The dot seems to work pretty much as well as the Echo...the only real limitation is loudness/fullness of sound, but otherwise a nice extension to an Echo. I'm a Google loyalist and really want to like the Home better, but sadly I just can't recommend it as it just falls short to the Echo in too many places including playing your own music library.

The echo dot is a great product. You can ask Alexa for pretty much anything if you sync your online accounts. Highly recommend!

After debating between this and the Google Home I decided to go with the Amazon product. As of now it supports more products that I use. As soon as they get it to support MusicCast it will be perfect for me.

Love this little thing. It’s better than the bigger expensive copycats due to it’s portability, bluetooth and aux connection.

Has more features than the echo and for waaaay less money. If you are looking to get into smart home tech, you won't be disappointed.

Was purchased for me as a birthday gift and i must say it comes in handy more times than u would think. Basic use, not smart home set up.

My teenager really wanted this echo for Christmas and she really loves it. Easy to use and her friends have a good time with it

I won't try to sell you on Alexa, but on this particular Alexa device. The biggest advantage of the 2nd generation Echo Dot that makes it superior to the 3rd generation is that it works with a standard micro usb power input. This allows you to choose any cord length, color, wall block you want for your particular installation. The 3rd gen only works with the provided supply.

I have the regular echo and bought the dot to use upstairs. Great way to check time, weather and news when needed. A must for every home!

Amazon has done it again and released this great product. It works flawlessly and can answer many types of questions.

Great product for the price..didnt need something so extravagant like the larger Alexa...totally worth the purchase!

Very fun. Plays music just by asking. Checks the weather for me. I don't have to look for my phone and press buttons to get my answers.
