We are very happy with our full size Amazon Echo. Wanted a Dot to use in another area of the house. Works great.

I use this to give me weather and traffic updates as I get ready, also for music while working.

This is the absolute cheaper way to get into the Alexa ecosystem. The speaker is garbage but the microphones are the same in the more expensive models. Hook this up to a Sonos or Bose system and enjoy a better speaker experience.

It is a great product, just setting up a little bit difficult since we have another echo in the house and configuration got messed up, nothing to do but to call costumer service.

The Echo Dot is great. You can ask it just about anything and you get the answer right back. I will be adding other devices for the Echo Dot to control in the future.

I think what I like most about the Echo Dot is the size. It's easy to get around and great for everyday use.

Alexa is a great product but still has quite a bit of growing to do. I use Alexa to control my light at home with Philips Hue light bulbs, I listen to prime music, I listen to Prime audio books, and I get the news. I would use her for much more but for everything you set Alexa up for the is a key phrase I must remember and say it exactly the same way every time for her to respond. She would be much better if she could pick up key words to do what she is being asked to do, Alexa also searches using the Bing search engine therefore she is limited in her answers, But overall I like having Alexa at home and I am sure that she will be a lot easier to use in the future.

Great Gadget use it to play music control lights lock doors and get traffic info all for 49 dollars can't beat it

This device is so handy when you need to find out something quickly without going to your computer or phone.

The Amaon Echo Dot is the less expensive version of the Amazon Alexia. The Dot does a fair job of trying to copy Alexia`s performance. However, if you can get Alexia you will have a better experience . I know because I bought both.

I got this for my son for Christmas. He hasn't used it yet, but his friend got one already and my son loved using it!
