I have echo from couple of moths now It does most of my job on voice commands I love this device

We use Alexa every day to turn on/off lights, set timers, check the weather, find store hours, ask trivia, and even to make calls to people on our contact list. NOTE: when using for making calls, we manually added people to our contact list instead of having Alexa import all my contacts from my phone. Because do you really need to be able to call your dentist hands-free from anywhere in your house? Or call them inadvertently?

Very good voice recognition , very useful to command it to play music & call. Love that it pairs with my speakers.

Got this for my birthday. Fun toy - get latest weather, news, sports simply by asking Alexa! Also play jeopardy!

Love this product. Gave to my hubby as a gift and easy to use for those who aren't tech savvy. Highly recommend.

Perfect for the price. My kids love it. Sound quality isn't the best, but it works perfectly in our kitchen.

Debated on getting the large one but then decided I wouldn't really use it for streaming music as I have the Bose Revolve speaker and it pairs with it- bonus! This is perfect for what I need. Have it set up in my kitchen and can ask the weather, ingredient exchanges or measurements and simple items like that. If you don't really plan on using it as a speaker for your music, the inexpensive Dot is a perfect way to try out the whole "Alexa" thing.

Bought it for my sister for Christmas and she loves it. She is having fun interacting with Alexa

Bought 2, one for my 36 yr. old son and 12 yr. grand grandson! They both love them and use them.

ALEXA is amazing! I bought a smart bulb and she turns on my lights in the morning! Cool product!

Works well most of the time, but it does have challenges connecting with certain smart home products. Still relatively new at using this so I will improve my rating if I find that the challenges I’ve had were just user error.

We purchased this unit to use in the bathroom to play music and control our lights. Works great

Good complement to other smart devices around the house

Purchased for my 10-year-old son. He seems to be able to understand how to work it and he set it up himself. When paired with home automation this is a fun little device for the money.
