He had no trouble setting it up and it seems to do everything expected of it. Sometimes it loses connection to our Wi-Fi but I think that has more to do with our Wi-Fi signal strength. Got it on a pre-Christmas sale so that made it even better. Would recommend this device for those interested in a home voice assistant, especially at the low entry price for this unit.

My weather channel plus!

I am amazed at the music that she has in her library. Above all, the instant speed of responding is truly mind blowing. It takes me minutes to find a CD, put it in my CD player, turn on the receiver or player and hear the music. Alexa in literally a few seconds has the music streaming throughout the room.

Great product ..a couple "issues"

We also have the larger Amazon Echo which we love, so maybe I'm comparing this more to the larger unit than on it's own. Only "issues" noted so far as that it doesn't seem to "hear" as well as the larger Echo, we have to repeat things quite a bit, each time louder. Speakers aren't quite as loud either, but it is a smaller unit so that could be why. Overall, for the price compared to the larger unit, it's very good, we actually bought several! .. but prefer the larger unit for Main areas, and smaller Dots in smaller spaces.
