Short, simple & ready to use from the moment its plugged in. Although I am still trying & playing with it, but won;t be surprised that it has lot more potential than I can try in such quick time. Would recommend it to anyone and if you get Discount then don;t wait.

Christmas Gift for my Parents

My parents have Spanish accents and were worried that Alexa wouldn’t understand then. I assured them that there was a commercial with a women asking Alexa to do something with an accent! They were happy to hear that!

It connects to all the apps I use and controls my Logitech Home Hub with ease. Only down side is the always on microphone is very sensitive and will pick up the television saying Alexa from the other side of the room (so change the response prompt).

Such a handy helper

I like the smart home integrations that allow Alexa to do everything from turning on the tv, to dimming the lights, etc. It really gets convenient when you've got your hands full with the kids, groceries, or just don't want to budge. At the price of the dot, there's no reason not to have more than one.
