This is a nice addition to the Amazon Echo. I am glad that you don't have to buy another whole unit to utilize the Alexa feature. You do have to push a button on the Dot unlike the Echo where all you have to do is say Alexa and it wakes the Echo up.

We have an Echo in the living room, and wanted to add some lamps in the bedroom. So we added the Dot for control while in the bedroom. The speaker is not so good, but it does what it is supposed to do. Great addition to our growing smart items.

I use this in my office and couldn't be happier. Good product.

The 2nd generation versions are great with a sleek look, but I now prefer the 3rd generation version which can fit into more decors without looking like a hockey puck. Still have several of each kind around the house.

I already had an Amazon Echo, which I love. We use that on our main floor for music and fun in the kitchen and living room. I bought the Amazon Dot to use in the bedroom. Doesn't "fill the room" with music, but still loud enough to enjoy while getting ready. My only issue is that I seem to have to sync it to the WIFI every so often and I'm not sure why.

Overall I like the Echo dot. Enjoy listen to music while cooking.

Easy. Reedy set up, it took longer to get it out of the box than to set it up and start printing. Great print quality for photos, maps & letters. Oversized printing (11x17) is really quick, even in color. Almost as fast as a laser printer

I bought this to use the assistant feature my cable company incorporated into the TV set top box. Limited features but does everything its supposed to do for my TV. Standard features for the dot are great to have too.

Purchased the Dot just to check out the features and capabilities. I've since fallen in love with this device. There's so many things you can do with this device i.e smart home, current events, music, etc. Every home should have one in the future.

The Echo Dot is amazing! Alexa is so smart and funny. I ordered one for each of my kids and named one Alexa and the other Echo..which is a great option so she doesn't get confused. You begin to think she's human and say please and thank you to her.

My kids love asking Alexa how to do their homework!

Alexa is awesome! Fun to ask all kinds of questions to see what you get for answers! I subscribe to Amazon Prime and the music that is available is amazing! You can ask her to play just about any song, artist, genre, etc!

This is a fun toy for the family. We stream a lot of music on it.

Great product. Its used for the basic needs such as asking for weather updates or general news. But if you want Alexa to do more things you need to sign up for advance features which will cost additional monthly fees. For example, if you want Alexa to be setup to your cellphone google calendar, music, TV, home alarm system, etc.

The Echo Dot is in our living room and I can hear the music playing clearly all the way to the back of the house. It sounds so clear. I also love the fact that it doesn't take up anymore space than a vase would.

It does a lot for a good price! Love how it turns off our lights.

Eyes are super blurry when I wake up in the morning...Alexa what time is it....never have to guess again. Also love having music in every room and sound quality is better than I expected. I have one in every room!
