I use it for my Phillips Hue lights right now and it works amazing. I ask it some minor questions here and there but mainly for smart home stuff. A little bit of a robotic voice. Not as loud as the Echo but definitely worth the $50

I thought this purchase would be one of those frivolous ones I sometimes make, but I have been pleasantly surprised by how useful Alexa is. I am discovering new ways to use it every day. Love the integration with the Philips Hue.

We really love this echo, but we only use it to listen to music and ask questions. I'm sure it has more uses, but we are both too lazy to find out. I like it because I can ask for a certain song and I get it without having to put on a radio or go to you tube. Only problem is that sometimes Alexa talks when no one has addressed her.

Alexa has become an important source of information for us...weather, time, store hours. She's also a source for information about different topics. She's not perfect but for the money, great.

The amazon echo dot is a very great product from Amazon, it is able to control my lights and just ask it, also great for Iheart radio and Amazon radio, plus many other features, it can do almost anything you ask it to do.

I would highly recommend this to someone who doesn’t want to pay top dollar for the bigger echo’s. Does everything echo would do only thing is sounds quality is not as loud but it’s definitely cellphone speaker quality

EVERYONE in my house loves Alexa. My son loves to talk and we sometimes get tired of him asking a million questions per minute. Now he can ask Alexa a few of those questions lol. It is handy and efficient. Get it now!

I’m a 62 year old retired man, in my opinion, I thought it was quite difficult to use.. I tried pairing to my phone,, it kept telling me that I had a phone call, but when I told her to answer, she replied, there is no phone call. Then the green light kept flashing.. I was going in circles.. I returned it for a refund.

I own an echo since day one and enjoy it. I got this so we could have one in the bedroom and my wife is loving it in there so far. Probably going to get one for my daughter's room so she can listen to music because she loves Alexa.

Have several Alexis throughout our house. The dot is perfect room to room talking and keeping track of various lists. Also use as an intercom type device. My kids love using it for Music and asking jokes.

Had to get a second one i now have one upstairs and the one downstairs communicate to upstairs when i have to let the kids know to come down for dinner without me screamming my lungs out. Love this thing.

Easy set up! If you are a prime member you get a lot of free music. Tune in radio is great also. I also purchased the Philips Hue bridge to automate lighting. Nice price point.

Finally broke down and bought one. So much fun to have around. Music, games and just interaction is awesome. I play Jeopardy every day. Random music and questions always playing and being asked. spend the money it is cool.
