Best Buy had the Dot on sale when I picked this up, I already had a larger Echo and one Dot but another Dot for another room or for the cabin up north? I couldn’t pass it up at the sale price.. they are easy to set up with the Alexa app on your phone or iPad it walks you through it.

Nicely surprised

I am pleasantly surprised by its usefulness. I can easily play music, ask questions, set my alarm, etc. The sound quality is good, the interface is super simple. Glad i bought it as a Christmas present to myself.

Place them all over your house to allow the Amazon spy network in Seattle to listen to your deepest and darkest secrets. Besides that, the dot is great and does what is advertised.
