I love my Alexa. I have one in every room. Kid friendly

Bought another one. I don’t use as much as i could but like to check weather, or set timer, or listen to my favorite radio station.

It all started with a speaker gen 1 that I won at a company Xmas party. Now my whole home is Alexa devices, probably 20+. From speakers in every room that become a whole house speaker system or intercom, to Arlo cameras, to streaming devices, to media receivers, etc. This is a new edition for an office. Not much to say in that it works though for a dot when your listen to music it’s good to have external speakers connected via an aux cable or Bluetooth.

Works great I never thought I would need one of these until I bought one now I feel like I need one for every room

Pros - want a timer while your cooking - plays music which is cool - you can turn Phillips lights on and off which can be convieninent - is kinda fun for the first week you own it Cons - ALEXA has terrible voice recognition - gets used for a week then you forget it’s in your house recording everything

Love it works well definitely get the smart plug with it use it to control my lights and have the echo dot labeled for the bedroom. Loud and works great can even sync them to one another for a multi room player

It’s been doing what I want so far I don’t have any issues the only thing is when I connect any smart bulbs they stop working after a few weeks for Alexa to be able to recognize it.

The echo is the best, I ordered 2. I just recently realized that you can make phone calls with it and was shocked. I have to get one for the kitchen. These are a must have in the home

This worked as I intended and was easy to setup for use.

Purchased the Amazon Echo Dot got my mom and she has fallen in love with her music all over again. I heat Marvin Gaye, Teddy Pendergast, Ojays, etc...all night. Glad she’s enjoying the Echo!

This item is great for the money and easy setup would recommend.

Tried this after using the google mini. Sound is better and it works well.

I have a few of these scattered throughout the house and they make great intercoms between them. They also have new features being added to them everyday it seems like. Fun toy as well as a great tool.

Hey all, this review is for the Echo Dot 3rd edition. I replaced the 2nd edition with this one and the 3rd edition has so much better sound. Bass isn't great but not much you can expect from a small speaker. A friend has the google speaker and the Echo Dot 2nd couldn't compare sound wise or looks wise, the 3rd edition is a significant upgrade. I also have the Tap and the regular Echo. While the dot doesn't have the sound of the Echo, it still sounds pretty good. Overall for the price a great product.

The 3rd generation has better sound quaint than the 2nd.

Great speaker. Have several generation of these and this one is best.

I don't know how many of these I ended up receiving with free promos. "Hey Alexa", what more can I say? It's a voice assistant that will set Reminders, Timers, and give you information easily.
