Doesn’t support Apple Music

The set up was a smooth process, but the only thing I’m not understanding is how does this advertise Apple Music support but tells me another when it’s asked to play music.

I have more than one of these in my house. I can play music in multiple device at the same time. Very happy with this purchase.

Take the time to set routines

Taking the time to set up our personal preferences for alterts and routines in the alexa app is 100% worth the time.
