Great device!

Works just like our other Dot and the alarm clock feature is a plus. Easy to set and does not take up that much space like the old alarm clock did. Never have to set it, Alexa keeps the time even when the time changes. One less thing to worry about. The other plus is that I have a light set up so Alexa can turn it on for us when entering the room.

Good for local (not large area )

It is loud enough to work as a music source for the patio table area, Good sound and bass for close by. Does not have the range and depth of the Show or full size echo but fine for this.
