It works like a charm and announces when someone rings the doorbell... and it’s an awesome streaming device as well!

Nice little device

Integrates well with my other smart devices (sengled bulbs, WiFi Plugs etc.) The only annoying part its notifications, you can't surprise your family members with amazon shipment as echo will have a "notification on" by default (you can and should turn of notifications though).

Alexa knows everything

You can get details on everything ranging from the weather to the latest sales at your favorite store. The Echo dot now has voice recognition - which is great. Also, it has home guard - which works in conjunction with your smart lights and some home security systems. There is so much to offer to name it all. I haven’t found a negative yet. You won’t regret this purchase.

My first Echo dot!

Got some features down pack and others I am learning to change words so ALEXA can understand what I am saying. Overall It's nice to have it will make your smart home products work and I love the reminders, drop in, And making a call features.
