Alexa is easy to use and set up. It also connects really well with most smart home accessories. I recommend it for those looking to get into the smart home and/or smart speaker ecosystem. If you can though, I would recommend spending a little more money for the next genereation.

Government Spying Device that gives recipies

The benefits of this version are the "drop in" features and the announcement. I have two Alexa's and have a floor separation. It's easier to communicate directly with the folks using these features as you don't have to be home to make the communication.
