Purchased this device for my auntie per her request. It is honestly a little better then the Amazon-Echo Dot in the color charcoal that I own. The appearance is amazing and I love how it fits into her kitchen to add in a little different flair then her old stereo system. I look forward to branching out and purchasing more advance products offered.

This is a great tool to use to obtain information and seek response to your question. Kids love to ask Alexia question or help them fined out information.

It is great for commands. Got a smart plug and it was really neat to instruct her to turn in the Christmas tree and it would just happen. Will try the smart plug with other electronics now that the Christmas tree is put away. The negative is that the speaker is not too loud. We connect to our receiver with it for sound.

Loved it so much when I got it as a gift, I bought a second one for the upstairs. Then purchased a third one as a gift for another person. Very useful in the household.

It is what it is. If you've used a Dot or any other Alexa thing before, you know the drill. Just be careful when mentioning that trigger word or anything sounding like it because she does like to pipe up and add her two cents.

Got this 3rd gen dot as a free gift with a purchase of a ring camera. This is now the 5th dot we have in our home. Still pleased with the product.

I was not initially interested in this product at the beginning. I received a free one with the purchase of a tv. I installed it to try it out and realized how beneficial it is. I ended up adding one upstairs and the bedroom. I recommend you at least try it out.
