This is a good upgrade in speaker quality from the 1st Gen I had. Item looks good, sounds good and works as it should. Any complaints would be software and not hardware related. If you wanting to get into trying out Alexa in your home this is a great affordable option that will allow you to try it out without spending a lot of money.

It's ok for what it is

Not a fan of that. Speaker quality is average. Good for background noise.
