Really too soon to properly rate

I haven't had the opportunity to use it enough to rate yet. I will say that I'm a little disappointed in the audio quality. But I do understand that its probabl1y best to connect it to an external speaker. I haven't done that yet. But I plan to connect it to a nice little Bose Bluetooth speaker I have. Once I have a chance to use it more and connect to the speaker, I plan to return and update this review. NOTE: I checked the "Yes" box for recommending to a friend, but I really don't know yet. Leaving this answer blank wasn't an option.

Bought for my elderly mom

We like the drop-in feature so we can just talk to her and ask if her phone is off the hook. She hears it as well as the phone. She likes that she can play music from Pandora and we enabled a Bible App for her and plan to add the Libby-overdrive app. She is also using it to do her grocery list and turn off her lamp. She seems to like it and we will likely buy another so her whole house is covered. I think this is great for seniors who live alone. I have one at my house as well.
