Good as a wireless speaker.

Sound quality is better than the 2nd gen, but it’s still using Alexa Skills. I wouldn’t recommend for a smart home.

Flawed but good for the price

However, they do seem to regularly disconnect from the internet, or “have trouble understanding”, usually requiring a reset.
