I have some first gen and they are great but this one is awesome. Love the shape of it and the speaker.

Echo dot was free with purchase of tv so that was a nice incentive ! I already own several and they are good to have.

Terrific little speaker - and love the clock. It's surprising how much this feature adds.......It also has an auto-dimming feature which makes it a great replacement for an alarm clock. I like the ability to say "Alexa - play ocean sounds" as I am going to sleep and it just does. One star off for Alexa sending too many messages - not horrible, but rather than just weather alerts or key things, it is now send messages asking me if I want to buy stuff. Really, Amazon? Don't you get enough money from me anyway?

I have 3 setup around the house. What I like about it is you just ask her to play something or ask a question you get results right away. I have them hooked up to stereo's 1 in the garage so when i'm working in there I have my music . I have one setup in the yard the same way so sitting around the pool you have music of your choice.

This item was free when I bought the WiFi mesh. Had I known Alexa can do so much i would’ve purchased separately

It’s faster to use the actual product apps and actual controls than talking to alexa and asking her to turn the thermostat on and off. good thing this item was free.

great starter alexa speaker, free not bad great features

I purchased this product a few months ago and it works great. I would definitely recommend this product.

I had a regular amazon echo dot without the clock and it worked ok. It just stopped connecting to wifi so I bought this one because of the clock. Was easy to hook up and I leave it on when I go out for my dog to listen to music. It's great!! I purchased it on sale. It's pricey otherwise. Wait for a good sale.
