Alexa interesting, but . . .

Once it's functioning, it is pretty neat, however, there's a lot that Alexa doesn't know. Perhaps updates will help her learn more.

Perfect for kitchen

Device is extremely reliable, no need to shout or repeat what you say and plays great sounding music. Dogs sleep comfortably in kitchen to music while we go to work. Will buy more for other rooms in house...

It took me a while to figure out connecting it to another Alexa product but I am not tecky. I was disappointed with the sales staff when I retruned the previous product because I was under the assumption that it had the clock . I tried exchanging it for the Echo dot and that was an issue in spite of the fact that I had a receipt. What I was sold did not match what I had in my possession and the sales staff member would help me and asked me to return it to the store I purchased it. I bought the Echo in the Bronx and wanted to return it to Queens but it was a nightmare. Eventually one of the managers was helpful and exchanged it for the product I wanted. I did not mind paying the difference and told them so but the SKU was a big deal. These products are locked and you would think I stole it by the way I was treated. Things worked out in the and I am please with my Echo Dot.
