Adding the clock is the best thing ever!

When I heard about the clock version, I knew I had to get it. One draw back is it's only in one color for now. So, I've got 4 black ones and this white one. Whatever, it was worth the buy.

I had some trouble setting it up. the app I was using kept rejecting my security word. once I got it set up it works great with my Toshiba tv.

It works

This one works as prescribed. It is a replacement to a previous one that broke. Not sure how long these devices are supposed to last? But at this price point, replaceing it every couple of years is not bad. Better than replacing my 1,600 dollar cell phone because I can't change a battery.

Good companion for Alexa enabled devices

He uses it so that he can navigate over the air channels hands free. The amazement on his face when he learned he didn't even need to use a remote anymore was priceless. Some of the set up is a bit complicated, but nothing that cannot be solved with a little patience. If you do not have a good internet / wifi connection, this may not work so well so please keep that in mind - every so often my dad has trouble with it responding and usually that is when his internet is being wonky.
