The only reason I allowed it in our home is because it remained unplugged and in the box. I planned to give it to a neighbor, but since we returned the item that allowed us to have it, I took it back to the store. I don't believe in having something in our home that is always listening.

The commands are limitless!

Love it with Philips hue

But after seeing how Philips hue works with it (I know there's other options besides Alexa) and the Black Friday deals this was the best for the price with Amazon plugs for only $5 with purchase of the dot. It does needs more improvements creating routines can get a little annoying I feel like you should have presets already compatible with Philips hue. But other than that it's great
