    This Amazon - Echo Dot (3rd Gen) - Smart Speaker with Alexa - Charcoal was included in my purchase of a 32" Insignia 'smart TV' (which I returned to the store because it was defective; a bubble under the screen made turning on the TV impossible). I did not need to use the Echo Dot and figured that I would have challenges making it work (as designed to function).

    I bought this Amazon Alexa device to use as an alarm clock and radio device in our bedroom. Works spectacularly as expected and am exploring what else Alexa can do! Easy to set up and use.

    I love this so much I bought 2! Easiest to set alarm clock. Dims when the room is dark, doesn't bother my husband who is a light sleeper. I wish I had this years ago! Put the second one in my guest room.

    Started with Generation 1, than 2, now 3--I have up to date weather or news in seconds. Alexa will play music from my favorite artists--I just have to ask. A lot of pleasure and convenience for a small price!
