    The volume can be pretty loud but the audio isn’t the clearest. I got this item for free so it wasn’t a bother to me but if I had paid money for this product it would have been bothering enough to return. Otherwise this product works great! Has lots of knowledge and it’s very fun to play around with.

    Just learning the potential of echo. I prefer Alexa to google because Alexa is more sophisticated and her jokes are not as corny as googles.

    Just as good as generations 1 and 2 Dots, but with much improved sound fidelity (particularly in the low frequencies). I also like the new voice recognition and being spoken to by name.

    I have had to use the help service (by the way, was very efficiency) to reconnect Sirius. For the other functions; it works as expected.

    This device has more options then you'll expect. One of the coolest things. It's basically your own personal assistant. From reminders, to weather report, it even has i heart radio. I can honestly say I use it every day.

    We love our Echo. Not to mention when Best Buy offers this at $20, its a steal. We have 3 in the house. Kids love to make announcements to each other while playing music throughout!
