I returned this item because it came with another item that I returned, so I do know much about it. I plan on buying it at a later time.

I truly love my Echo Dot. This is the second one I purchased for myself. I've purchased a total of 4 Echo Dots. Two as gifts for other friends, one as a birthday gift and the other as a Christmas gift.

Got this on sale for $19 with a smart bulb included!! Use them both in my bedroom to have Alexa turn the ceiling fan light on and off. No longer have to use the pull chain.

We love our Amazon Echos, great for playing music throughout the house, setting timers in the kitchen, and keeping up with the news while doing house chores.

It was a Christmas gift for a family member /friend. He is a Postmaster in Ohio and wanted it for his office. He says that it was easy to set up and he uses it throughout the day when he does paperwork.

Easy to set up and add to your network. Has nice sound and picks up your voice from a decent range. It's a nice piece of Smart Home tech to add and build into your design.

What is the biggest surprise with this product is how good the speakers are for its price. This also makes a great alarm clock substitute which is the main reason why I purchased it.

Good sound for its size, and can understand what is spoken when only one person is talking clearly and concisely. Other noise from voices in the area makes Alexa not understand the request. The requests also need to be spoken at a slow or moderate pace, so kids who speak quickly may find it difficult to interact with the speaker.

I love being able to ask Alexa anything! Even something as simple as play Christmas music! She finds a station. A must have!

Temperamental ! Bought this for my mom, but doesn’t always work well. My son has one too, same problem.

Love this device! I have one in my bedroom and one in the living room. Will have the surround system for movie night!

The Echo Dots have gotten so cheap that you can put them everywhere in the house and have access to all your connected devices and music. Great when paired with smart outlets and switches.

Pleasantly surprised that this version of the Echo has been sufficiently upgraded in comparison to previous “upgraded versions”. Get this in a package or when there is a good sale on them. Price is a little high at regular retail.

You can connect it to Toshiba fire tv. Good product. I received this item as a gift when I purchased Toshiba fire tv.

I'm not really a fan of these voices assistant devices. This came free with a purchase so I tried to use it but I don't really know what I'll use it for except for an alarm. I've asked to play a couple music selections and it didn't even understand what I was saying. I just feel like this is for lazy people.

Great product for music in a space you're working at home in, or need a quick review of weather conditions. I do not find myself using it as often as I thought I would, but definitely a nice add on to things. I do like the intercom feature [if you have more than one echo]. It does have a nice speaker, and picks up on voices well.

Love this product! It’s so easy to use and betters my day-to-day activities. If I need to set a timer or need an answer, I can easily look to my Amazon Echo Dot for help!

It's so fun to have a smart speaker, make lot of fun with it, sound quality was fair. For Music lovers, go with a bigger version.
