    Easy to set up as long as you have good wifi. Able to connect to many devices such as Directv,Nest thermostat, Ring door bell and lighting system. Wife enjoys music app,, bought another one for the bedroom.

    This has been a game changer at our house. I used to fight this type of technology but now I’m in love. Best device ever. New speaker great. My brother has the 1st generation and it’s not as loud and clear.

    Full disclaimer: I love my Apple HomePod. With that out of the way, yes, this is a good smart speaker. The previous generations of the Amazon Echo Dot felt cheap and the sound was very tinny. This third generation is a nice step in the right direction. If you are looking to get your first smart speaker and are on a tight budget, this one might be for you.
