I have purchased and setup (3) Echo Dot's in my home over the past year. I am not tech savy but setup was quick and simple! For such a small device the sound is amazingly clear and powerful.

It works OK, just as the 2nd generation echo does, but except for appearance, there appears to be little upgrade to 3rd generation.

Sound is ok. Microphone works better than last generation dot. Was as expected. Plugs into wall instead of usb like previous dot.

Great way to keep organized, keep in touch with family and have fun. Takes a little getting used to how to word directions to Alexa

I'm a bit concerned about having an internet device constantly listening in my house. I was not going to get one of these devices for that reason, but when I got the Ring video doorbell it was a bundle. I use it to annunciate when someone is at the door but I'm finding I use it more and more. For instance, I was going to install a thermometer outside, now I just ask Alexa. The best part is there is four buttons on top, one of which mutes the microphone so it allegedly doesn't listen unless I push the button. The other thing I like is it will respond to "computer" vice "Alexa" which reminded me of the original Star Trek. That was cute for a while, but I have switched it back to "Alexa."

We purchased two Echo DOT's to supplement our two other Echo products to give us whole-house coverage. So far we are very pleased.

We are benefiting well and the entire family enjoys it. We got a great deal on it and love the technology that goes along with it.

We love Alexa. It is gray for turning lights on and off. We are still learning all the skills. Love the trivia and games we can play and the sleep sounds for bedtime. Was so easy to set up.

The echo dot is a personal assistant! It does everything from waking you up to reminders! I couldn’t like without it. I have one is almost every room of my house

I bought this as a upgrade from a Dot V2, and it is much better. The sound seems more crisp and clear than the prior version. Integrates well with other Echo devices in a group.

speaker works fine, we use it in the kitchen. our first smart speaker, so can't really compare to anything.

Was a little disappointed that it wasn’t as compatible with the iphone as I would have liked.

The sound is just as good as my stereo without having to take it outside while I am outback or in the garage.

Bought it for my daughter’s room, blends in perfectly the color is very pretty. Have 2 of these at home in the rooms and speaker works great, highly recommend.

Best one yet you guys need fo try asap If not this one get the one with the clock its soo much better

This is the third one I’ve purchased. Perfect for bed or guest room. Each responds separately but you can designate groups for music playing in one or more rooms.

Absolutely love it. Very convenient and useful. I suggest you go out and purchase one ASAP!

I guess it’s ok but I haven’t used it or plan on using it. Gonna regift it

Easy to set up and good response. 15 ft away without yelling still responsive.

Works well for what it is intended to do. Alexa sometimes doesn't know how to answer some questions.
